Bring your mat, water, and your favorite sunnies! These classes are FREE, fun, and for every body. Let’s move, connect, and flow into the season together! This is a 50 min Mat Pilates fusion class with Sculpt features. Focusing on strength, total body alignment, and flexibility. This class is for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Bring your mat and water to get you through the workout.
